How to enroll in Bocconi’s bachelor degree?

If you think you want to study economics in Italy, you have probably thought about studying at Bocconi. This university is not only the first in Italy and among the first in the world for Economics, but it is also the home university of many highly successful Italian managers, economists and statesmen.

But how to enroll in Bocconi Business University in the three-year degree? Unitest explains it in brief.

In order to enroll, you must submit an application, and to do so you must:

  1. Taking an admission test
  2. Check the type of candidate to which you belong
  3. Complete the online application for admission through the MyApplication portal

1.     Taking an admission test

Bocconi Business University admits 3 types of admission tests:

  • The Bocconi Online Test (in Italian or English
  • The SAT (in English)
  • The ACT (in English)

The test, whether it is Bocconi online test, SAT or ACT, counts for 55% in the overall selection score. The remaining 45% depends on the academic record (read the details here).

2. Check the type of candidate to which you belong

The second step is to identify which candidate type you fall into between:

  • Italian candidates (enrolled in High Schools in Italy, Vatican City or Republic of San Marino and who will obtain a baccalaureate degree from an Italian-ordered school, even if abroad)
  • International candidates (enrolled at a school abroad of non-Italian order)
  • Candidates transferred from other university
  • Bocconi second degree

3. Complete the online application for admission through the MyApplication portal

Through the MyApplication platform, it will be possible to report the test score, communicate the type of applicants as well as all the documents needed to apply for admission, namely:

  • Your ID
  • The identity document of a parent (if the candidate is a minor)
  • Third- and penultimate-year final grades (which you will need to self-certify)
  • The receipt of payment of the selection fee of €100

Yes, in fact in order to submit applications you will need to pay a 100 euro fee through Bocconi store. It is necessary to access the online store with the applicant’s MyApplication portal credentials.
